No special software is needed to view the email or the presentation associated with the email.

Yes. You can set a password to protect any of your presentations and that password can be changed simply by logging into your account.
Can I limit the number of times someone can view an email sent with EmailPRESENTER?
Yes. You have control over the number of times a recipient can view the presentation in your email.
Can emails sent with EmailPRESENTER be forwarded?
Yes. EmailPRESENTER's tracking capabilities will follow your presentation to the forwarded party and continue as long as the forward button is use.
Do I get PowerCONVERTER with EmailPRESENTER?
Yes! With your purchase of EmailPRESENTER you'll receive a version of PowerCONVERTER that was designed for email use only. If you need web capabilities you can upgrade to PowerCONVERTER XP 5.1

How many emails can I send using EmailPRESENTER?
EmailPRESENTER allows 1,000 emails to be sent per month for 12 months. Larger email amounts can be negotiated by contacting PresentationPRO.
What's the process to send an email?
It's very easy. First convert your PowerPoint presentation to a flash
format by using our one click conversion tool. Then upload your presentation to your account page.
Once you're on the account page you'll be prompted to insert a subject line, a message, your email
contacts and your tracking requirements. Then you hit send.
What can I track when using EmailPRESENTER?
You can track how many times your presentation was viewed, which slides were
viewed and for how long. If your presentation is forwarded our tracking capabilities continue to work for you.
Can I use Outlook to send the emails with EmailPRESENTER?
Yes. We have the EmailPRESENTER for Outlook Add-in that will allow you to send EmailPRESENTER emails from
within Outlook. Note: The EmailPRESENTER for Outlook Addin will not work with Outlook Express.
If I use Outlook plug-in to send emails, do I lose the ability to track?
Not at all, with Outlook Add-in you maintain all our tracking capabilities plus you can enjoy
the convenient features of Outlook.
