How Does It Work?

First you must have an existing PowerPoint presentation and script. If you don't
have a presentation, we can still help, however there will be additional charges for those services.
2)
Use the Talent Selector to determine the professional voice you want to narrate your
presentation.
3)
Send an email to presentationservices@presentationpro.com. Be sure to include the presentation as an attachment and your script
as either PowerPoint "Speaker Notes" or as a separate Microsoft Word document.
4)
Once we review your presentation we can confirm the final price and delivery date.
5)
In two-three weeks you will receive your narrated PowerPoint ready to put into action.
In fact, you will get two sets of files. The first will be your original PowerPoint with the narration included. The second file will
also have the narration integrated. However this file will also have been converted to Macromedia Flash using our PowerCONVERTER
technology. This converted file will download from websites much faster. It's also ideal for CD ROMs and miniature CD business
cards. Or, you can use it as content for our EmailPRESENTER streaming email service.
